Christians Reach Out in Social Service is an interfaith outreach ministry that provides both food and clothing to those in need. Advent is a member of C.R.O.S.S., and donates food and specific monthly in-kind donations throughout the year.
Advent is partnering with Osseo Senior High to provide weekend backpacks of food and other necessary hygiene items. The pantry and packing bags takes place in Advent's Education Wing. Send an email to Daria Cleveland at The Nest to find out more information.
During the year, Advent supports ministries that are in our community, in our state and nation, and throughout our world. Using our Gift of Love, we are able to focus our support and build relationships with organizations that receive our support.
Recently we supported CROSS Services, Avenues for Youth, THEE Alliance, and the Osseo Area Schools Homeless Student Program. We support these organizations through financial and in-kind gifts, collected through food and clothing drives.

We have committed to providing a hot meal to those in need on the third Monday of even months. This well-organized program (with opportunities for families!) entails an evening that is divided up into shifts of food preparation, food serving, and clean up. Email office@adventlutheran.com to be put in touch with the Loaves and Fishes coordinator for more details or to volunteer!

As part of our Renew Advent Capital Campaign, Advent pledged gifts totaling $50,000 by the year 2023.
From the south: North on Highway 169. Exit on Co Rd 30 West/93rd Ave. and take a right. Go 3/4 mile, and take a right on Jefferson Hwy. Advent is a quarter mile on the left.
From the north: South on Highway 169. Take a right on 109th Ave. Drive 1/4 mile, and take a left on Jefferson Hwy. Advent will be one the right shortly after crossing over Highway 610 (approximately two miles).
